[During the drafts and the flooding, Moro simply evacuated. As a result, the den she had taken residence in has since become uninhabitable. Any possessions of San remain in the cave, soggy and growing mold; Moro has no interest in material possessions.

She does, however, have an interest in finding a new den. Which, given her size, is not an easy thing to do. Now that she's back and close to the village, those who wander even a short ways into the forest may find Moro pawing at holes to see if she can dig them wider, or even trying to squeeze into larger pits.

She is not making much success, mind.]

[Yes. He's still a girl. And she's doing her usual jumping from tree to tree routine until she comes across Moro, pawing at the ground. She has to try and hold back her laughter at this sight.]

[Michael, who is still very new to the village, is absolutely floored by the sight of Moro. He stands quietly, watching her as she passes.]

[He backs up, hands up although he realizes the animal may not understand that the way other humans do.]

[Well, this might be interesting. He wonders just how fast he'd have to run to escape an angry, enormous two-tailed timber wolf. Probably faster than he can.]

[This is Vash. Sleeping happily up in a tree. Moro may be starting to like him a little, so will she allow him to keep sleeping up there or try to scare him?]

[She likes him, so of course she wants to mess with him! She slowly reaches her paws on the tree, reaching up. Picking him up by the leg totally won't hurt, right? Well okay it might a little but it shouldn't damage him at all.

She's surprisingly gentle with her jaws, having had experience in carrying San.]

[Vash starts to groggily wake up as Moro makes her way up the tree. There's something he should be paying attention to, but yet he doesn't feel exactly threatened either.

Oh. It's just a giant wolf biting down on his leg.

[Moro grins, gently pulling him out of the tree and getting a better hold of him with her jaws. Don't want to break his knee by yanking him only by his leg! On the other hand, you are now halfway inside of Moro's surprisingly gentle bite. How do you handle this, Vash?]

[ Tenten isn't doing much when she spots Moro. She was just returning from a training session, and, she figures it might be worth her while to strike up a conversation with or try and help the giant dog ...thingy. ]

Do you need some help? [ WELL, regardless of Moro's answer, Tenten is already flipping through her scroll so she can find something that can aid in digging! ]

[Three figures were found at the river in part of the forest. Inside the river was the sky bison, Appa. Aang sat at the bank of the river with his legs dipped in the water, wearing swimming trunks, and he was using Waterbending to wash the bison. His granddaughter Ikki was also there to help with the soap.

Aang laughed, Appa growled, but then Aang caught a familiar sight out of the corner of his eye.]

[ Ikki, in her new swimsuit from Katara's party, didn't even notice the familiar sight - because it wasn't familiar at all, and she was on Appa's stomach with a brush and the soap, soaked to the bone but apparently happy as could be.

She did notice Aang's reaction, though. ] Grandpa? [ And looked around. ]

[There they would see Moro on the other side of the river! She had been drinking from the river downstream, but now she was grouchily moving upstream to avoid the taste of soap.]

[Grune is certainly a regular in the forest, walking, flower-picking, picnicking, you name it. Today, she's off gathering fallen wild rose petals. It's a measure of how out of it she usually is that it takes her a few moments to notice Moro. And when she does, well.]
