[Moro's been oddly missing for... quite some time now, actually. Two weeks of being incredibly distant from the village, only rarely appearing in the distance to keep an eye out on the village. A week or so ago, she disappeared entirely, after what one would likely assume to be a mallynapping, given the evidence of violence in some areas.

Now, however, a much smaller wolf is haunting the god's usual stalking grounds. Even on Moro's usual perch, it's obvious that though the wolf is significantly smaller, it's still a very abnormally large one. It's not easy to see in the distance, but she does, in fact, have two tails.

Slowly, throughout the day, she's wandering closer and closer to the village. Do you come to meet her, or wait until she's just outside of the town limits?]

((OOC: I've been meaning to do this for a year now! XD Moro's gonna be significantly younger for a week or so. For reference, she's the size of her own pups within the movie. All replies will come from puppy_moro.))

[Oh, gods, it saw her. Miyabi ducks down as best she could, behind the root. She wasn't sure if it was friendly or not, though it did look a lot like Moro. It even had the same dual tails like she did. Maybe it was her, and she was just under an experiment...like Luke was. Timidly, she calls out.]

[So it was Moro. Miyabi lifts herself up completely, somewhat relieved, but only for a moment. She knows Moro was only under the effects of an experiment. San would have stated if the goddess was gone. Probably a threat to anyone that she'd still be watching the forest. But...this meant Moro was like Luke - with no memory of Luceti or the ones who knew her.

So it's with a heavy heart that Miyabi replies.]

I do. It's my duty to know of, learn about, and inform others of great and powerful gods.

Ah, yes...we're somewhat rare here. I'm one of the only two of my kind in this place. [Should she begin to tell Moro that she's not where she believes she is? It'd be best, right? Miyabi doesn't want her getting hurt, or hurting someone else.]

I have only heard stories of such spirits. I thought I would have to grow much older before I saw one.

Perhaps you'll see more of my kind soon. ...People here come and go like the wind. [Which is both happy and painful at the same time. That she knows very well. But Moro still thinks this is her forest, her home, her world. The truth is about to become very, very ugly.]

Mother, I'm not sure where you are from, but this isn't the home you once knew. You, I, and everyone else living here has been taken from our homes. Our separate worlds. ...Our captors are the ones who decide who comes and who goes and when.

[A pause.] ...That's why there are so little of my kind here.

It sounds crazy, I know...and I'll understand if you don't believe me. But all the people here will tell you the same, and more. But there are very few people here who'd wish to do you harm.

Or the forest. [Since she knows how important that was to Moro.]

I have no fear of anyone raising a sword to me. And I don't believe humans so foolish as to attack the forest.

That has been a very repeated suggestion.

...I know you're unafraid; you're very brave and strong, mother. Just...please don't hurt any of the people here unnecessarily. [She bows her head in respect, but it's obvious she's a little nervous.] There will be many new people coming into the forest these days, and I'm sure most of them will be good people.

All I ask is that you please don't harm them without reason.

[Oh, gods, this is not going the way she wanted. Miyabi lowers her head quickly, clutching at her dress.] I meant no offense, but the people coming to this place will be confused, and shocked, and some may be even more afraid when they see such a proud and powerful creature like yourself.

[She...really hates to admit this, but--] The people that show up sometimes aren't very smart. They'd rather attack or run from something that scares them. They can't--...many can't recognize a god. All they see is a wild animal.

[And good lord does that knowledge make her sad.]
