[Moro's been oddly missing for... quite some time now, actually. Two weeks of being incredibly distant from the village, only rarely appearing in the distance to keep an eye out on the village. A week or so ago, she disappeared entirely, after what one would likely assume to be a mallynapping, given the evidence of violence in some areas.

Now, however, a much smaller wolf is haunting the god's usual stalking grounds. Even on Moro's usual perch, it's obvious that though the wolf is significantly smaller, it's still a very abnormally large one. It's not easy to see in the distance, but she does, in fact, have two tails.

Slowly, throughout the day, she's wandering closer and closer to the village. Do you come to meet her, or wait until she's just outside of the town limits?]

((OOC: I've been meaning to do this for a year now! XD Moro's gonna be significantly younger for a week or so. For reference, she's the size of her own pups within the movie. All replies will come from

[Oh, hello, Moro. You've got a visitor.

Moses is trying to get used to the layout of the village when he spots the wolf.]

Must be the one Jay talked about. Thought she'd be bigger from the way he was goin' on. She'd be damn lucky to eat one of my legs in one go.

[Still without his spears, he approaches warily, keeping his distance. He didn't need spears for Giet, he doesn't need them here, or so he thinks.]

Hey, there. [He holds out his hands to show he's unarmed.] You lookin' for food or just a bit of fun?

[Moro looks the human up and down, considering him. Where she's currently at, she's on a hill and looking down at him, head held high and proud.

There's a moment of silence before her mouth opens and she speaks, a bit bemused. Her voice is young, sly, and very, very cocky.]

You're a rather strange warrior.

[He's also rather caught off guard by that, visibly recoiling before falling flat on his ass. Grumbling, he gets up and brushes himself off.

Moses is clearly shocked as he speaks and he doesn't try to challenge her high perch, content to look up at her.]

I'll be damned. You can talk? Never met any beast who could talk. Sure as hell'd make my job easier if they did.

Names Moses, I'm a beast tamer.

I'm no mere beast. I'm a war god.

[An indignant huff.]

And I am not to be tamed! You humans would consider it an honor if I were to grace you with my presence in war, even if I were to meet you with my fangs.

[Chi is fail!watching you!]

[Luffy is going to be hanging upside down from a tree (don't ask) and he sees the wolf running about the forest. It looks kind of like Moro but... much much smaller. Is this one of those pups he's heard her talk about before?]

HEEEY! Wolf! Do you know anyone called Moro!

[She detects your scent, as well. A fair distance away, you'll see her, out in the open, waiting to see what you are.]

[She do not usually see human pets roaming the woods, so she stops and looks at the kitten.]

[She skids to a stop, looking up at the boy addressing her.]

I am the goddess Moro. Do you seek me to join your battles?

[She stays put, waiting for you to approach. Once you do, she stands up, standing her full height.]

[Sannan is out for a walk around the edge of the village just to clear his head when he spots the enormous wolf - well, he's never seen her true form, but anything larger than its normal size is automatically enormous.

He recalls what Okita said about talking bears.]

O-oh, hello. [He stops and bows politely.]

Bow-wow! Chi isn't good for eating!

I'm bettin' Giet woulda said the same thing to me when we met.

[There's a certain gleam in his eye, no doubt brought on by what he sees as a challenge.]

Wouldn't dream of tryin' to tame a god. [He wouldn't, honest!] Met a couple of 'em and nearly got wiped out by one. Jay told me 'bout a wolf livin' in the forest named Moro. You related?

[San uses those same hunting grounds, so they're bound to run into one another. The size of this 'new' white wolf stops her in her tracks. It isn't one of her brothers, for certain.

...Then who?]

I am the goddess Moro, of the proud Wolf Clan.

[Moro says nothing, simply looking curiously at the little cat.]

[She considers, for a bit. The polite greeting is enough to calm her wariness.]

...Where is this place? This is not my forest.

[Moro stops, sitting down. Strange... that human smelled unbelievably like a wolf, even from a distance.]

[It's really talking. It's really talking. For a moment, he actually considers the possibility of leading it over to House 50 and inviting it in for dinner.]

[slowly] This is Luceti, somewhere probably far away from your forest.

[Wait, what? He blinks once in confusion.]

Now that ain't right. Jay said Moro could eat me in one gulp, I'd be a two-biter for you. [Even as he says this, he still looks impressed by the wolf in front of him.] Is this one of those experiments they've been mentionin'?

Why have I been given a bird's wings?

You must speak of the elder wolves. I am still a mere pup in comparison.

Experiments?

[That is no mere human.

...Well okay. Really she is. But she doesn't believe that she is and she smells like Moro's den.]
