[As is her usual routine, Moro is roaming through the village. The strange part, however, is that it's the middle of the day at the moment, and those wolf tracks you might see every morning appear at night.

She's showing no sign of aggression, simply roaming about... but that can't be right. Feel free to approach her and interrogate a reason for stalking the villagers out of her. Just mind her temper.]

But I stole nothing. I caught her human parents destroying my forest, and they threw their baby at my feet as they ran away from me.

They left their daughter to die. Instead of eating her, I raised her as my own.

My poor, ugly, beautiful daughter is neither human, nor wolf.

They were really nice ladies that took me in when I was a baby. I didn't have a mom and they found me on the doorstep and took me in.

I never really considered them my mothers... I never felt like that about them.

[Huh. That's certainly different from San. Moro may be wise on a nearly endless number of subjects, but family relationships is somewhat low on the list. She's limited to what a wolf knows.]

Well, I mean, they were really nice, but I guess there's a difference between someone who takes care of you and someone who's like a mom.

The one who 'takes care of' you is your mother.

Well, I mean, a lot of people have taken care of me, but it doesn't always feel the same. That lady at the apple farm, she was like a mom... it's kinda like, how they take care of you and treat you.

...A pack works together regardless of blood ties. The pups of the pack belong to all members.

Crows work as a family unit so long as young are present. But crows do not need the strength of a pack the way wolves do, or the way humans once did.

Crows are very wise. They tend to live on their own, but they work together very well when the situation calls for it.
