[What a surprise - another very rare voice post from Moro! And like usual for her with the strange magical device, her message is short and sweet.]

I seek those who saw the battle against the rotting corpses. The place called "Vaskoth", where I died. More than mere survivors, I wish to seek those that I had touched.

Come to the forest. I shall be there.


[And there she always is. She was gone for a time, perhaps in the mountains or further towards the edge of the barrier, but her tracks around the village are fresh once more and the wild animals shriek her name in terror if they aren't gossiping madly about how little she's actually chased them lately.]

[ Smells like a girl, boss, is what Pakkun says when he picks up Moro's scent, sniffing a bit at a tree nearby.

Moro is female, then, Kakashi mentally notes as his eye scans the frozen, packed ground, some parts still covered with snow. The track left behind is quite large, far larger than most wolves, anyway. Closer to the size of an older summon.

The hunk of meat he'd brought with him might not be enough, judging by the size of the track.

He sighs, then continues forward, steadily moving through the forest with his pack as he searches for Moro. ]

[It's actually quite deep in the forest, where Moro is. They'll be lucky enough to have the wind blowing their scent away from Moro. Though, she wasn't doing terribly much - just drinking from a creek. And she's quite big, so there's a lot she needs to drink!]

[ Catching sight of white fur in the distance, Kakashi makes no real attempt to disguise their approach.

Startling a wolf the size of Moro is certainly not a good idea, after all. Once he pushes past the clearing, he studies her for a moment, admiring the beautiful coat of fur, the immensity of her paws. She's a truly remarkable creature, and Kakashi can't help but feel a sense of quiet awe.

Given her size and relative solitude, though, he'll have to be careful on approach. So he crouches down, one knee pressed against the ground to put himself in a more submissive position as to not make her feel alarmed or like he might intend to attack her, and reaches into his utility pouch to take out the five pounds of wax-wrapped hunk of raw beef he'd acquired. It's a good cut, but certainly far too small for her.

This, he unwraps and sets in front of him, then clears his throat lightly to try to get the wolf's attention without startling her too much.

Behind him, his pack of three dogs stand staring up at Moro. ]

[Moro's ear had turned to him at the unwrapping of paper, and she turns her full attention when he clears his throat. It's a relatively new scent, so Moro lets out a deep, warning growl and doesn't approach, staring straight at the "pack" before her.]

[ Kakashi flicks his fingers in a quick gesture at his pack, and immediately they go down on their bellies in a submissive position, as he bows his head in greeting. ]

My name is Hatake Kakashi. [ He says, loud enough for Moro to hear. ] I've brought you an offering and mean you no harm.

[ And with that said, he shoves the meat forward to the edge of the creek and then retreats about five or six feet without getting up onto his feet or turning his back on her.

The dogs move with him. ]
