[A post from Moro's journal is extremely rare - that thing almost always sits in her den, completely ignored. But apparently, her message is pressing enough to paw at the thing until she feels it's turned on.

Which means about five minutes of a giant paw padding the paper before Moro's grumbling voice goes through it.]

If you humans do hear me: do not forget that the trees without leaves in winter are not dead. Do not cut them unless you are sure they are or unless you are in dire need.

[Ah, Moro, just the one she wanted to speak with. Miyabi's glad to hear the voice of the god, and she smiles before picking up her journal to ask a very important question. It's an idea she had for a while now, but one she never pursued, if only because it;d be a hard task for her alone to do, but anyone cutting down trees in Moro's forest would be...punished.]

Mother Moro. [She bows her head.] I'd like to ask a favor.

f...would it be all right if I, and maybe a few of my friends cut some trees in the forest? I'd like to make a torii and place it before Amaterasu's tree, if that'd be all right. [A gift to the great goddess, now gone.] To use your trees would be an honor I'd be grateful to have, if you'll allow it.

Mm... [That makes her smile. A compliment from a goddess is few and far between. It makes Miyabi feel like she's actually doing something for them, in her state.] I'm glad you think so, Mother.

[Heh, that was just like Moro to say. Miyabi would normally complain but...well, it's all right this time. Giving to the forest is, kind of, like giving to Moro indirectly. It was her forest now, so long as she was here in Luceti. A gift to the forest is a gift to Moro...so Miyabi will care for the forest in any way she can.]
