[Just another day, another time for Moro. Though usually quite content to keep her distance from humans (despite her growing fondness and affections towards the captives of Luceti, she was still incredibly hesitant to be trustful), today it seems she's lounging around just outside the village boundaries. She's even stretching and rolling around, participating in very casual behavior, not very typical of her usual demeanor.

Of course, these slightly embarrassing behaviors are only viewable from a distance, as she quickly regains her dignity and sulks into the cover of the trees when someone approaches too close.

The second half of the day is spent idly hunting. Because it's best to stock up on fatty reserves for the winter anyway. You might get that funny feeling of being followed...]

Well, the forest is very nice, so I'm not surprised that a lot of people come by here. I pretty much lived in one back at home, actually.

[Moro snorts. She doesn't really buy the "lived in a forest" part.]

Oh, so you've met one of the others? [...or more. Whichever.] This one's name is Chuchu. [Chuchu takes that as a cue to wave to Moro warily. Hello doggie.]

The boy with red hair. He wanders my forest frequently.

[Moro isn't exactly friendly towards pokemon, but she is considerably less frigid.]

[She gives Chuchu a small pat.] Chuchu says hi, and that it's nice to meet you. What's your name, anyway?

He did not tell me his name.

[She honestly doesn't care.]

Oh. Well it's a pleasure to meet you, Moro. A-ahh...

[Guardian god? Well... Yellow's not entirely sure how to act around a god! Formal, I guess... Maybe a bow? Yeah, she'll give Moro a bow. I typed boy. HERE'S A NEW BABY BOY, MORO. WOOCHIE COOCHIE COO.]

I do. I live amongst the trees I protect.

Ahhh I see... Protect though? People don't come out here and hurt it, do they?

If you could hear the trees, you would know that answer.

[...Does that mean people do?] Hear the trees as in... hear them talking? Or...

The trees cry out as they die! But humans are long deaf to it.

So people really do kill the trees...? [...] Is there any way we can get them to stop? There's no reason for them to do that...

[I mean, everyone already has access to the things they need here. And for free, even. What could they possibly get out of in hurting a tree?]

They kill them from boredom. Use them as targets in their "training". Cut and smash them to vent their anger.

They are merely fortunate I have not found and swallowed them whole!

E-eh? R-really?! That's horrible...

But... even then, isn't eating them a little bit too much? [I mean really Moro. 8C]

They knew the punishment for bringing harm to the forest.

Well even then, there's probably a more peaceful way to let them know that they shouldn't be doing it. [You know, one that doesn't include like. eating them.] Maybe it could even let them come to appreciate and understand the forest too!, rather than fear coming here altogether.

...er, that is, unless you just don't want people here at all. [Headscratch.]

The boars tore apart their camps, as they began to cut and burn the trees. The humans retaliated, slaughtering the boars with their wretched guns.

It was then that they declared war.

...Ah... Was that back at home, or...? [People aren't really doing that here, are they? Regardless of what the case is though, that's still just... terrible.]
