[Should you wander nearby, out laying on the ground is a massive wolf.  And I mean massive - she's big enough to swallow a human whole with little effort.

She's positively filthy, coated in a nasty black goop that reeks of blood and decay.  Her chest is just barely rising and falling, and on her chest is her own wound, festering and bleeding.  She too has wings attached to her back...

What might your reaction be to finding her?]

[Wow, that's... a very big wolf. The ones from his world are a lot smaller. He's scared, but at the same time the wolf is obviously hurt, and he can't just ignore a creature in pain.]
