[Moro did not visit another world, nor did she bring anyone to her world. In fact, she is so out of the loop that she hadn't even heard of the deal at all.

So imagine her surprise at all of this strange behavior. Well, it's not too bad, compared to past events, but Moro's been around long enough to recognize that something is amiss.


For the first time in some time, she's wandering through the village without the intent to collect meat. She's sniffing at houses, somehow slipping between buildings when she's not simply walking out in the bold. Welcome back, Lucetians, whether you recognize this wolf wandering around your homes or not.]

[ Ryoji Mooncloth has been enjoying wandering around and goofing off flying around the village, but when he sees Moro from overhead, of course he cannot resist coming down to see her. Soaring over head, he calls out a greeting before flipping to land. ]

Good morning, Moro~! It's really nice to see you out and about again!

[ Even though he is apparently a pony, now, he's still death inside, so hopefully she'll still recognize him on some level...? Even if he also probably looks like prey now... ]

[At first, she recognizes him simply as a pony.

...But that sensation, and that voice, is unmistakable.]

[ Don't mind him if he sighs a little. ]

Everyone keeps calling me that. It's getting a little weird! [ And then he laughs. ] It's a cool name, and I like it, but you can just call me Mooncloth, you know. [ Friendly pony smiles are a go! ]

Well - it's a nickname that Minato and Minako gave me, when I asked them if I could have a cool Japanese name, too! So I guess it's my name, too, but it's weird to have everyone calling me that now.

[The ground is shaking a bit. He blinks and looks around before realizing...

...That the giant wolf he may or may not have pissed out last time is outside of the store that he was walking out of.

[And at one point in his patrol, Robin!Aang spots the wolf between a pair of buildings. Curious.]

[Now that is someone Adele hasn't seen before. Nor has she seen a creature so large. She's peering down from her perch on the roof of one of the houses, watching the wolf wander around, sniff, and take measure of the village. She didn't sense any ill intent, but she did get a sense of age. Power. Someone that warrants respect.

Curiosity gets the better of her and she swings down, landing a good few feet behind.]

I have not seen you here before.

...You were always Ryoji. And you were not a horse.

[She snarls as she passes by him, but this isn't her territory so she grouchily walks on past!

ARE YOU GONNA STAND FOR THAT SNUB?]

[Moro hears him, looking up at him. She recognized his original scent, but there was a mingle in it, now.

...For now, she simply stares back.]

[Moro quickly turns so that her back is not to the approacher, before sneering and making a catty comment.]

It isn't often I see fit to wander outside of my territory.

I suppose the strangeness of the village is cause enough for investigation.

[Adele lifts a shoulder and looks off to the village just behind the wolf for a moment, and only a moment. Taking her eyes off a predator of this size for too long would be dangerous.]

[biteoffherhead]

[Moro snarls grumpily. In a rather irritated tone, she grumbles.]

I am Moro, guardian of the forests.

Adele, Guardian of house 44. Or I would be if anyone in there would stop being attacked-

Do you know where to find the vampire? Drusilla. She wanders the forest, here.

I have smelled her. She will know soon not to wander as if it is her territory! I will harbor no demons the way you humans do.

Were I not explicitly instructed not do to so, there would be no harboring at all. [Adele's fists clench. Anger. She needs to not be angry.]

Then let her roam in my forests and she will be rendered under my jaws.

It will be nearly as joyful as ripping apart a human that cuts trees.

I don't think we have many of those here. Most of the lumber is supplied already and there is a distinct lack of axes in the village. All the better- the last thing we need is someone cutting down the forest. It's one of the few things that makes this place bearable.

Even this forest is weak and tired. Empty, and lifeless. There are too few spirits living within it, and the trees cannot give birth to kodama. It is suppressed, like everything in this wretched place.

So long as the barrier remains, it shall be so. I cannot help but wonder if the forests outside are just as empty.

[The animal looks almost human in its manner. Almost reminds him of the other Robin's green friend... but much more polite. Could he be another shapeshifter? He doesn't really have anything to do and has enough of an ego to think he can fend it off if things go south, so he starts to slowly approach.]

[Well now. This is interesting. Moro's form reminds Reiko of Madara's, and there's definitely power there. An ayakashi? Probably not one she ought to challenge.

...Reiko's never been too good with 'oughts.' But she does know better than to be deliberately aggressive to a powerful youkai. So instead, she follows for a little ways, observing.]
